1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers through the online shop of Martijn Van Gogh Stories & Projects.
By placing an order, the customer enters into an agreement with Martijn Van Gogh Stories & Projects.
2. Products and Prices
The characteristics of the product offered are described as clearly as possible on the relevant product page.
All consumer prices stated in the online shop include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the order.
3. Ordering and Payment

4. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

5. Cooling-off Period and Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, the customer may submit an unequivocal statement by email within the cooling-off period, use the model withdrawal form, or use the online withdrawal function available on the website.
Following withdrawal, the product must be returned within the statutory period.
6. Returns
During the cooling-off period, the customer may inspect and assess the book to the extent reasonably permitted when examining a product in a physical shop.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
If the product has been handled or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, the consumer may be liable for any resulting reduction in value.
7. Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, all eligible payments received will be refunded in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements. Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
For the sale of goods, Martijn Van Gogh Stories & Projects may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the customer has provided evidence that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
8. Statutory Guarantee
All products sold are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee. This means that a product must meet the standards that a consumer may reasonably expect.
